RETURN POLICY
* If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will
gladly accept returns.
* Acceptable returns are items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition. All tags must remain attached.
* Final sales include sale items
* Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of the original ship date.
* Liberating Style suggests that you send your package insured and tracked, liberatingstyle.ecrater.com is not responsible for missing items or packages.

* Please include the provided Return/Exchange Form.
* Your approved return will not be processed until we have received your original order. Once we have received your return we will notify you via email.

The same standards apply as for the returns.
*However with the exchange you pay for the shipping for the new item(s) selected.
* Accompanied with the exchange a description of the new item. If the new item has been sold out then you will be refunded your money via your method of payment and an email will be sent to you to notify you of the refund.

What happens if you are sold out of an item?
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Items are not guaranteed, if an item is sold out the customer will be notified immediately via email or telephone. Orders with sold out items will either be voided or the amount of that item will be deducted from the total, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled.

When will my order ship?
ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing takes place Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 3:00 pm PST will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Order processing will not ship on major US holidays.
